What is your wash process? 

We use a water-lite, hand-wash process. It’s not a waterless or steam process.

Where do you do the wash? 

We wash the car right where you park it, and we never move the vehicle.

Is there enough space? 

After thousands of washes, we’ve never met a car in a space that we can’t wash.  If you can get in/out of the car, we can wash it.

What about my keys? 

Key pick-up/drop-off varies by location.  You will receive detailed instructions after you book about key handling procedure that’s specific to your location. But rest assured, it’s an easy process!

When is service provided?

We offer weekly or bi-weekly service at most locations and at the most convenient times when you don’t need your vehicle.  That’s 9am – 5pm when you’re at work or at 7pm – 1am while you’re at home relaxing.
