WashLB brings convenient vehicle care directly to where you live, work and spend your day.
How does WashLB work?
Choose your WashLB location, select your service and an available service date, tell us about your vehicle, and book online. On the day of service, a WashLB detailer comes to your location and services your vehicle while you go about your day.
What services do you offer?
We offer four primary levels of service:

Where does WashLB service my vehicle?
We come to you. Most WashLB services take place at apartment communities, workplaces, schools and other partner locations. Home service is also available in supported areas.

Do I choose an exact appointment time?
You'll select an available service date and arrival window rather than an exact appointment time. This allows our team to efficiently service multiple customers at the same location.
Need a tighter arrival window? Email us and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer recurring service?
Yes. You can schedule recurring WashLB service every 2, 4, 6, 8 or 12 weeks, depending on the service and location.
We also offer Rotating service, which alternates between a Premium service and a Basic service to help keep your vehicle maintained without paying for a full detail every visit.
What happens if I have an SUV or larger vehicle?
Larger vehicles may include a small vehicle-size surcharge because they require additional time and supplies. If applicable, the fee is automatically identified from your vehicle and shown clearly before you pay.
Can I add services for things like salt, sand or pet hair?
Yes. Eligible extras are shown during booking based on the service you've selected. Options can include items such as salt removal, sand removal, stain treatment, deodorizer and pet-hair removal.
Not every extra applies to every service, so you'll only see the options available for your booking.
Do you need my keys?
For exterior-only service, usually not. For any service that includes the interior, our detailer will need access to your vehicle. Follow the access or key-handoff instructions provided for your location.
What if the weather is bad?
Weather occasionally affects mobile vehicle service. If conditions prevent us from safely or effectively completing your wash, we'll communicate with you and work to adjust the service accordingly.
How do I manage my upcoming appointments or recurring plan?
Use My WashLB to view your recurring plan, upcoming appointments and service history, and to manage eligible upcoming service.
