15 Nov New B2B Revenue Streams
Although 90%+ of our current revenue comes directly from the car owner, more and more we are uncovering opportunities for drive revenue through B2B relationships as well. Each of the below opportunities are in their infancy stages, but they are real opportunities that we can certainly exploit with this next fund raise.
- Traditional Real Estate Managers: In Portland, we have “direct partner pay” relationships green-lit to launch at 3 Greystar buildings in 2020.
- Fleet Operators: We currently provide fleet car washing services for a Hertz location in Philadelphia and are negotiating a contract to expand to other Hertz locations as well. We also have a few fleet arrangements with schools in Philadelphia (cleaning transport vans).
- Auto Manufacturers: We are being introduced to the Ford-X team to explore if/how we might launch a pilot focused around delivering mobility services to Ford owners. As you may know, we had a similar conversation with Volvo in the summer.
