17 Feb 50% of Revenue from Subscription Customers
Welcome to those of you new to this update communication. I’m happy to share an important milestone. In January, our revenue from recurring, subscription customers reached 49.2%. This means that essentially half of our business is tied to loyal, repeat customers. These customers keep our customer acquisition costs low and provide a dependable, steady monthly revenue base. We will continue to increase the portion of our business coming from subscription customers, but we are very proud to have reached the 50% mark!
