2020 Strategy

The end of the year had our team a bit busy with fundraising (thank you and welcome to our new investors!), but we are now ready to resume our regular updates. 2019 was a year of testing, refining, and learning for us. The focus for 2020 is to put those learnings into action to accelerate our growth. At a high-level, here are the priorities for 2020:

  1. Implement our proven marketing plan consistently across ALL residential locations (apartments and condos)
  2. (re)Focus on more QUICKLY converting single service customers to recurring subscription customers
  3. Build out our B2B business, extending our relationship with Hertz and other large fleet operators
