The end of the year had our team a bit busy with fundraising (thank you and welcome to our new investors!), but we are now ready to resume our regular updates. 2019 was a year of testing, refining, and learning for us. The focus for 2020 is to put those learnings into action to accelerate our growth. At a high-level, here are the priorities for 2020:
- Implement our proven marketing plan consistently across ALL residential locations (apartments and condos)
- (re)Focus on more QUICKLY converting single service customers to recurring subscription customers
- Build out our B2B business, extending our relationship with Hertz and other large fleet operators
